New Year Reception 2023

2nd March 5:30pm for 6:00pm

The German and Australian culture might look similar to many, but if you have experienced both cultures, you may be aware that there are some significant differences when it comes to the ways of communication and work styles. In cooperation with the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Australia), we will discuss obvious differences but also dive into cultural norms for a deeper understanding.

Come and join the exclusive evening at the Austral Volkswagen Showroom and meet and mingle with attendees from Brisbane’s business community (incl. iGABA and AHK members, associates, and iGABA and AHK Board Directors) and hear from Executives of both iGABA and the German Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce on the night as well as from the “Negotiating Across Cultures” Panel while enjoying drinks and canapés in a relaxed atmosphere and seizing fantastic networking opportunities.

Listen in while enjoying German-inspired canapes and beverages and take advantage of networking with other professionals afterwards. And remember:  This is only the start of more exciting events to come in 2023!
