About
The Generative Enterprise
The emergence of entirely new, AI-enabled capabilities motivates organisations to go beyond established productivity ambitions. Reducing the ‘costs to serve’ is no longer the primary goal. Instead, organisations start to compete on ‘generativity’, i.e., they use the latest technologies to create offerings previously impossible. This includes new products, advice, personalised content, and more. The generative enterprise, as a result, needs to have the capability to identify and capitalise on opportunity points as opposed to continue addressing known pain points.
